Orangetheory Fitness is offering free, at-home workouts while gyms are closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The fitness studio franchise created Orangetheory At Home to help users stay fit and active while stuck at home. Each day, a new 30 minute workout is posted on the website and on Orangetheory social channels.
Here is the first of many “Orangetheory at Home” workouts. These are created by the very same team that creates the in-studio workouts, with the difference being that we know you may not have weights or a treadmill, and you may not be able to go outside. Stay active, healthy and safe.
